Our History
Curtis A. Hennigar, Founder and CEO of CAH, started parking cars while in high school in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In the 1980’s the company primarily managed parking for country clubs and hotels in Palm Beach County, later expanding to Miami in the 2000’s before going nation-wide. Over the years the company has ran the parking for premiere South Florida properties such as The Surf Club, The Delano, The Shore Club, The Setai, The Boca Resort, among others. As CAH has grown and our portfolio has changed, the company’s dedication to our clients and their customers has remained our top priority.
